AmritaMathur has won at regional and provincial levels for poetry with the Canadian Legion. She is currently in the process of being published in Anti-Heroin Chic. She participated in Gardiner Ceramic Museum’s International Day of Violence Against Women with art, spoken word, and writing. More recently, her work was part of a social action project for individuals identifying as women in vulnerable situations distributed by the YWCA.
