The artwork, Metamorphosis invites you to contemplate the power of transformation and the many ways in which you may have changed throughout your life. It explores the topic of the nature of change as a human being. Metamorphosis reminds us that our station in life is rather fluid, but not fixed. It also invites us to reflect on the duality of change - ways that we have changed for the better as well as missing certain parts of ourselves that may invoke feelings of nostalgia. Within the work it is my hope that you find personal evidence of change and resilience within your own lives.
My name is Alexi Milano Elias and I am a mixed media visual artist from Coconut Creek, Florida. I primarily create expressive portraits and fashion illustrations. My passion for creating is an irresistible fascination. My subject matter mostly consists of feminine figures alongside mixed media backgrounds.
