One Moment In Mind
By: Kushal Poddar
You don't realise a moment's length until you desire attention, and someone says, "One moment, please."
The moment hangs a 'Gone Fishing' board on his half glass door that shows the signs of hyperpigmentation. Through the square panes you see the interior.
Some chairs, a three legged table, mount dog that bears the history of a taxidermy phase, boxes, some sample packs of life and rusty shackles you see. You see the embryo of another moment afloat in formaldehyde.
At this moment you realise seeing you in me has its own normalcy. Seeing all these in the Rorschach Inkblots laid before me on the table between the doctor and his patient splitting in two has its own reasoning.
